Rich Orchid is Project Manager at Modern Building Company. He has been with Modern since 1996. Rich started out as a Superintendent and progressed through a variety of projects and was promoted to Project Manager. Rich has managed projects as large as $22 million, including health care, commercial offices, banks, retail, restaurants, sports facilities and hotels.

Rich was born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County. He moved to Chico in 1990 and lived there until 2017. In 2017, he relocated to Stateline Nevada, where Modern opened their Nevada office. Rich is a proud father and grandfather. He enjoys the outdoors, dogs, exercise, poker, Formula 1 racing and family sports.
