Project Description

Modern Building Company was hired as the design-build contractor for the renovation of the Dream Catcher Buffet dining area and kitchen, located inside Feather Falls Casino.

The project consisted of working in an active casino environment, where ongoing operations could not be impacted by construction. Much of the construction work was performed at night and during off hours. The project had an incredibly tight time line for delivery.

Construction consisted of renovations to the project mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a complete overhaul to the kitchen and buffet facility. Upgrades to interior lighting, flooring, paint, casework and countertops with most all finishes being custom order items.
