Project Description:

On April 17th, 2015 Modern Building Company broke ground at Marsh Jr. High School for a new Multi-Purpose Building. For the last 15 years Marsh Jr. High has used temporary modular buildings as classrooms and a cafeteria with no indoor seating for the students. The Multi-Purpose Building will be replacing these outdated facilities, and will provide a new dining hall, kitchen, music class room, restrooms, snack bar, and a performance stage to accommodate plays and musicals. The project’s scope also has an extensive array of site improvements, with new concrete pathways, landscaping, and an outdoor amphitheater. Modern has work crews on site, self-performing the structural concrete aspect of the project.
