The Vann Brothers’ new almond processing plant located in Williams, CA is up and running. Project Manager, James Seegert, and Foreman, Josh Muscetta, began construction in March of 2013 and completed the project this past June. The 136,000 square foot building functions as an inshell and shelled almond processing, packaging, and storage facility, It also includes 7,000 square feet of lab and office space. The building was constructed with concrete tilt-up walls, pre-fabricated steel and a standing seam roof system. In past years Modern has constructed a walnut huller/dryer building for Vann Brothers as well as a shop and helicopter hangar.
